As a Master Plumber, I have built my career around one core belief: everyone should know a plumber they can trust.
I grew up surrounded by tradesmen and quickly embraced the values of hard work, honesty, and genuine care for others & their homes. My passion for the trade led me to earn my Commercial Plumbing Contractor's License, proudly becoming one of only nine plumbers in Cincinnati to receive this distinction in their twenties.
With a background that spans everything from large-scale commercial jobs to helping my friends and family, I bring both expertise and heart to every project.
I founded Drain Storm Plumbing as a way to welcome in a new generation of Plumbers. At Drain Storm, it's not just about fixing the problem. It's about building trust, strengthening the relationship between homeowners and their homes, and making sure you always feel like "you know a guy when you call."

As the "Brain Behind the Drain," i'm not your average plumbing guy. I'm the creative one behind the curtain, focused on what happens long after the pipes are fixed.
As a homeowner and a property manager myself, i've seen how hard it can be to find reliable, trustworthy service. That's what pulled me in. I didn't just want to help connect people with good plumbers. I wanted to help build the kind of relationships that last well beyond the first repair.
For over 12 years, I've worked in the marketing and entrepreneur space, and the most valuable lesson I've learned so far is the power of trust. People don't come back for a service. They come back for the people they've placed their trust in. That's what Drain Storm Plumbing is all about.

Meet Tatiana
Plumbing Estimator
Tatiana joined Drain Storm Plumbing in 2026 as our Plumbing Estimator, bringing a unique blend of construction management education, hands-on project experience, and a passion for helping customers find the right solution for their needs.
She earned dual Associate of Science degrees in Construction Management and Architectural Drafting from Cincinnati State, where she developed a strong foundation in construction estimating, scheduling, building systems, and CAD design. Before joining Drain Storm, Tatiana worked in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), coordinating mechanical and plumbing systems for commercial construction projects, while also gaining experience in residential project management and estimating.
At Drain Storm, Tatiana works closely with homeowners, property managers, and contractors to prepare accurate estimates, answer questions, and make the quoting process as straightforward and transparent as possible. She believes great customer service starts with listening first and helping customers make informed decisions—never pressuring them into services they don't need.
When she's not working, Tatiana enjoys continuing to learn about the construction industry and finding new ways to grow both personally and professionally.
